• How do I join the livestream the service? 

You can connect to our livestream service from this page (click on the service video you want to watch) or join directly from our YouTube channel. 

• How can I connect with others during the service? 

Feel free to communicate with us using the "I'm new" or "Communicate" buttons above and someone will be in touch with you during the week.

• Why is the audio out of sync with the video? 

This usually happens when you join the livestream before it has started. If you go out of the YouTube link and back into the livestream this usually fixes the problem. 

• Why can't I hear anything?

We occasionally experience audio issues at the beginning of our sevice. Please bear with us as we work to resolve any technical issues on our end. You can always check in with us about technical issues experienced via the "Communicate" button.
