BUNDOORA PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

CHILDREN & YOUTH

Bundoora Presbyterian is a kid-friendly church because we believe that Jesus welcomes children to himself.  We also believe that children, like adults are very much welcome to be part of God’s church.  So we do our best to help kids to know Jesus and to help parents to help their kids know Jesus too.

Everyone is welcome to keep babies and prams with them in the auditorium throughout the service. We also have a cry room located next to our auditorium where you can continue to be part of the service if you need a quiet place to feed or to settle your baby.

We begin the morning service together in the auditorium, then (during the morning service) we break into an age-appropriate Bible learning time. If you have pre-school kids, they can take part in our Creche and Kinder Sunday School ministries.

If you have primary aged kids, they can take part in our Sunday School ministry which is located in the Learning Level on the First Floor of our building.

If you have youth up to Year 8, we also have a Sunday (School) Youth ministry that meets in the Ground Floor of our building.

If you would prefer to keep your kids with you during the Sunday Service, then please feel free to.  During our 5pm service, there is only a pre-school crèche in operation (that operates during the service).

SAFE CHURCH

All staff and volunteers who work with children are required to have a current Working with Children Check as well as training and accreditation of Safe Church - Presbyterian Church of Victoria.  Please free to read the Safe Church Policy and the Safe Church Code of Conduct.  Safe Church approved volunteers at our Sunday Services are identified by photo ID in a plastic pocket with a blue lanyard marked with the name of our church.

YOUTH GROUP

Bundy Youth is a program for high school aged students on Friday nights throughout the school term.  Bundy Youth is centered on following Jesus! We are committed to growing in our understanding of Him through the Bible, all within a fun and safe environment.

At Bundy Youth we have a desire to see the youth within our group 'connect, grow and serve'.  Connecting both with God and with other peers. Growing in their understanding of Jesus and what He's done.  Serving God and others as they live lives of thankfulness.

Throughout the term we have interactive Bible study, share meals together, activities, games and camps that are updated every new school term. We welcome all high school age youth to come and join in the fun, learning, and fellowship at Bundy Youth!
